We educate you about the present local real estate market.
We give you a price range for different levels of preparing the property for market.
We present our recommendation for which level of property preparedness and pricing would best suit your needs.

We Decide to Work Together
We sign the Listing paperwork.
We facilitate the preparation of Disclosure Documents.
We ask you to prepare a narrative of their experience of living on the property. This is very helpful in preparing ad copy.

Recommend Changes in Offering and Marketing as Warranted.
Because we do all of our preparation in marketing in-house we have the extraordinary ability to be very nimble in our response to changing market conditions. We can give the Marketing Campaign a whole new look to keep it fresh on the market while the competition grow tired and stale.

We will inform you of the pluses and minuses of any offer that is presented. We will bring our considerable experience to bear on your behalf to get you as close to your goal as possible.

We monitor the escrow, are present for most inspections (where allowed by the buyer), and make sure the Buyer’s agent has the information they need on a timely basis.
