This is a value added service, you will learn a lot whether you use our Property Management or One – Time leasing Service services or not.
Fee: $100 / hr due at time of consultation, fee applied toward management fee if Property Management Contract with William Norton Johnson is entered into with 30 days of consultation.
Lease/Rental Service (one-time)
This service is ideal for the landlord that maintains and collects rent for his or her own property but who would like help in Marketing, Showing and Processing Prospective Tenants.

Fee: Our Property Management Fees are from 6% to 8% of the actual gross monthly rents. Your actual fee will be based on services required. When vacancies occur the One-Time Leasing/Rental Service fee will apply and is calculated separately from the Monthly Property Management Fee.
